WE ARE OPEN 3 PM TO 2 AM EVERY DAY AND YOU MUST BE 21 TO BOWL OR PLAY POOL!
We do accept reservations for lanes and pool tables but availability is limited. We open at 3 PM every day and are always walkins only after 8 PM every night of the week. All reservation START times then must begin no later than 8 pm. We will always do our best to accomodate walkins, but availability is limited so calling ahead to check availability is never a bad idea as our limited number of lanes do fill up. Weekend lane reservations on short notice can often be difficult, we will do our best, but keep in mind we only have 20 lanes.
When contacting us about reservations please always include name, phone number, number of guests, approximate start time for the party, and a date or day of the week if you know it. All reservations are finalized by phone as credit cards are required to hold space. A reservation fee of $10 per lane often will apply to have lanes held for you.
For reservations or event information please contact Mike Bitondo at 206-322-2296 option 2, or email us via this website by hitting Contact at the bottom of any page. Generally, phone messages are returned sooner than emails but weekend messages may not be returned until Monday.
Lane and pool table reservation no shows and cancellations will be charged $10 per lane and table. To avoid this charge you must leave a message on the reservation line at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time. However, there is no charge for any cancellation received within 24 hours of making the reservation, unless it is a same day reservation.
**DECEMBER LANE RESERVATIONS: Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will incur a $50 charge per lane. NO SHOWS will also incur this charge.
LATE RESERVATIONS: Your equipment will begin accruing at the start time of your reservation. If you are more than 30 minutes late we will release it and charge the card on file the accrued time plus reservation charges. A phone call to the front desk to let us know you're running late is always considerate and appreciated.
All events in our Private Rooms require cancellation via email, charges will apply as follows:
Minimums for dates/spaces vary so please take the time to inquire as to your event's specific requirement.
- Cancelling inside 30 days is 10% of the normal space minimum (60 days for Dec. and Jan. dates)**
- Cancelling inside 15 days is 20% of the normal space minimum. (30 days for Dec. and Jan. dates)**
- Cancelling inside 7 days is 25% of the normal space minimum. (15 days for Dec. and Jan. dates)**
Additional separate charges for Catering will apply to all orders cancelled within 72 hours of an event. We must receive cancellations via email at least 72 hours prior to the event or the full package price plus tax will be charged, including cancellations due to snow conditions**. A DATE CHANGE is still considered a cancellation with both catering and room charges applicable.
**There is always inherent risk in scheduling during winter with weather conditions varying greatly for Seattle and surrounding area residents. So please keep in mind the cancellation policy is still applicable with regards to cancellations due to weather, and monitoring forecasts is your responsibility. We will always plan on being open regardless of weather unless the City of Seattle decides otherwise.
There are no specific bar requirements for events but these are the 3 options available:
Hosted bar - host pays for all drinks (open bar)
NO host bar - guests pay for their own drinks (cash bar)
Limited bar - hosted with limits (see list below)
TIME - specific end time set
BUDGET - ended when amount reached
TICKET - number of drinks per guest (drink tickets)
CHOICE - drink choices limited (see below)
