PIZZA - $11 each
rustic, handmade, individually prepared 10" pizzas:
- Classic - tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil, drizzled with balsamic reduction
- Luigi - mix of prosciutto, peppered and Genoa salami, with pineapple and fontina cheese
- Puccini - pepperoni, black olives, mozzarella
- Corvo - linguica sausage, mushrooms, red onions, mozzarella, parmesan
- Eris - olive oil sauce with roasted garlic, artichoke hearts, goat horn peppers, mozzarella, feta cheese
- Custom - add any of the following toppings to a $9 mozzarella pizza for $1 each: pepperoni, linguica sausage, cured meats mix, mushrooms, tomatoes, red onions, artichoke hearts, pineapple, black olives, goat horn peppers, roasted garlic, basil, jalapenos, feta, fontina cheese
BURGERS and SANDWICHES - $10 each
served with fries:
- Garage Burger - comes with lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo, and dijon mustard plus 3 of the following items; bacon, mushrooms, grilled onions, cheddar, swiss, gorgonzola, smoked gouda, pepper jack VEGAN Black bean patty available as a substitution
- Portabello Sandwich - grilled portabello mushroom cap breaded and fried, served on a kaiser roll with jalapeno mayo, mixed greens, tomato and onion
- Chicken Sandwich - grilled chicken breast on a kaiser roll with pesto mayo, smoked gouda and caramelized onions
- Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - tenderloin strips breaded and fried, then tossed in a spicy buffalo wing sauce, served on a kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato and jalapeno mayo
- Hot Pastrami Slider - sliced pastrami baked on a pretzel roll with jack cheese, sweet hot mustard, and roasted apple sauerkraut slaw
- Meatloaf Sandwich - our house meatloaf grilled and served on Texas toast with lettuce, tomato and horseradish mayo
